Admissions Process

Admissions at Army Children's Academy are planned to make the process clear, transparent and convenient for parents. The first step is to submit the admission enquiry form with the student's name, father's name, mobile number and class for which admission is required. After receiving the enquiry, our admission team will contact the parent, explain seat availability, guide the family about the school visit and share the next steps for document verification.

Parents are requested to keep the student's basic documents ready at the time of admission. These normally include the student's birth certificate, Aadhaar card, recent passport-size photographs, previous class marksheet or report card, and Transfer Certificate from the last school, wherever applicable. Parent documents may include Aadhaar card or valid ID proof of father and mother, address proof, mobile number and any other document required for school records.

For students coming from another school, last school academic records are important for correct class placement. If the student is changing education board, such as CBSE to RBSE, another state board to RBSE, or any other board change, parents should submit the Transfer Certificate, previous marksheet, migration or board transfer document if applicable, student identity proof, parent identity proof and address proof. These documents help complete admission formalities smoothly and ensure that the student's record is properly updated as per school and board requirements.

Admission is offered from Nursery to Class 12, subject to eligibility, seat availability and verification of required documents. For Classes 11 and 12, stream selection is guided by previous academic performance, student interest and school norms.
